On Tuesday, September 4th, Melanie and I went hiking on Mount Rainier.
IT WAS AWESOME!
This was following our five day Sound Healing Intensive Training with Tom Kenyon in Seattle.
The fog added to the quiet and introspection needed to integrate all that we learned and experienced during our five-day intensive training.
After being gone for nine days, we are working to get caught up with everything.
