In my 14 years in practice, I have found Rich’s comments to be true for me.

When I am taking care of myself, having fun, doing things that feed my soul,
the appointment book just fills up.

The phone rings off the hook, people just walking in needing an appointment,
and I am as busy as I can possibly be.

And I didn’t do one bit of extra marketing.

All I did was take care of myself.

We are like lights, or beacons, of energy.
When we are doing what we love to do, taking care of ourselves,
feeding our souls, having fun, the light is bright.

When we do nothing but work, the light dims.

That’s the light of our spirit.
